Important: Funds that originated from a reversed, fraudulent, or disputed deposit are not eligible for withdrawal at any time. Attempting to withdraw such funds constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms when accepted by the player. In the event of a conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term shall prevail for matters directly related to that bonus.
Unless otherwise stated in a bonus offer, all bonus amounts credited to a player's account must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Where bonus abuse is detected, spotizy reserves the right to void the bonus and associated winnings, and to close the account if the breach is deliberate.
All bonuses have an expiry date after which any unclaimed or unwagered bonus balance will be removed from the player's account automatically. It is the player's responsibility to review the expiry date of any bonus and to use it within the stated period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Cricket is the primary sport on spotizy. BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures are covered with pre-match and live in-play markets. Cricket betting is governed by the ICC playing conditions in force at the time of the relevant fixture. Where spotizy closes an account in error, any verified balance will be returned in full.
